Job Title:

Remote Assistant Administrator / Front Desk Coordinator

Location:

Doha, Qatar (Remote with occasional video presence required)

Primary Duties:
  • Serve as central communication hub for internal and external inquiries.
  • Manage virtual reception services including call answering and message distribution.
  • Coordinate visitor registration for office locations and schedule appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Maintain reception coverage during business hours and greet video conference participants.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry, and mail/package processing.
  • Coordinate with facility management for office needs and support event planning and logistics.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and visits, handling confidential information discreetly.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for virtual meetings.
  • Contribute to a positive organizational culture through professional and friendly interactions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
  • Minimum one year of reception or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in voice and video.
  • Professional appearance and presentation for virtual interactions.
  • Technologically adaptable across cloud‑based phone systems, video platforms, scheduling software, and collaboration tools.
  • Flexibility for occasional schedule adjustments and a team player attitude.
  • Experience in hybrid or remote operations is beneficial.
Work Setup:
  • Remote position aligned with business hours in the primary time zone.
  • Occasional video presence for meetings required.
  • Consistent and reliable availability is essential for reception coverage.
