Salary: £27,052 - £29,345 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Home working, with occasional attendance at Family Time venues

We are looking for someone to support the delivery of our Family Time service, which helps children to spend time with their parents and other family members in a safe and supported environment.

The Family Time Officer will assist the Team Co-ordinator with the organisation and day-to-day running of the service. The role will include managing the Family Time phone and email inbox, liaising with families and carers as required, providing administrative support for the booking system and venue supplies, and supporting the organisation of whole-team events.

The successful candidate will be confident in the use of IT systems and have strong planning, organisation and administrative skills. The Family Time Officer will need to be available to confirm families’ attendance from 8.30am and respond to incoming communications. The working pattern will be 8.30am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
