Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the sales L&D team by managing administration and coordination across programmes and strategy. This role is key to helping Softcat’s sales team reach their potential and offers varied opportunities for impact and growth for someone skilled at handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and diarise programmes, workshops, and courses across all Softcat offices and virtually.
  • Support the L&D team with admin and project-based tasks, including reporting, data input, diary arrangement, and managing our offering on L&D systems such as Fuse.
  • Manage the L&D mailbox and programme-specific mailboxes, ensuring all queries are dealt with and acting as a point of contact for facilitators and training logistics.
  • Track training attendance, collate and analyse feedback, and report statistics on initiatives and programmes to generate regular L&D reports.
  • Handle operational tasks such as room bookings, tech setup, raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and supporting in‑person training where relevant.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administration with strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High computer literacy, especially with MS Office and databases, and excellent attention to detail while working at pace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport across diverse teams and locations.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to learn, with an interest in Learning & Development or HR.
  • Ability to analyse problems, propose solutions, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
