Die Schweizerische Post AG sucht eine/n Direktionsassistent/in für den CEO von Swiss Post Cargo. In dieser Schlüsselrolle unterstützen Sie den CEO im täglichen Geschäft und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf auf Geschäftsleitungsebene.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Organisation von Terminen und Reisen sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Protokollen. Die Position erfordert eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
Homeoffice ist möglich und wird flexibel nach dem Terminplan des CEO organisiert.
