As a Business Support Administrator
, you will assist the Early Years Inclusion Funding panel process, helping to provide funding for children 9 months plus. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be at the heart of our community support efforts.
- Process applications for funding with precision and care.
- Facilitate panel meetings by coordinating schedules and arranging necessary documentation.
- Take detailed notes during meetings to ensure accurate records.
- Respond to enquiries from the public and service colleagues with professionalism.
- Process payments efficiently and update databases and systems regularly.
- Experience using IT systems to manage data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple demands while working to statutory deadlines.
- Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
