As a Business Support Administrator
, you will assist the Early Years Inclusion Funding panel process, helping to provide funding for children 9 months plus. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be at the heart of our community support efforts.

In this role, you will:
  • Process applications for funding with precision and care.
  • Facilitate panel meetings by coordinating schedules and arranging necessary documentation.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings to ensure accurate records.
  • Respond to enquiries from the public and service colleagues with professionalism.
  • Process payments efficiently and update databases and systems regularly.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Experience using IT systems to manage data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands while working to statutory deadlines.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
