Remote Business Support Officer

We are recruiting reliable and organised Business Support Officers to work with Local Authority SEND and Education teams across the UK. Ideal for candidates with strong administrative skills looking to support essential public services.

Key Responsibilities;

• Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
• Manage inboxes, calls and enquiries.
• Schedule meetings and take minutes.
• Support statutory processes including Annual Reviews and EHCP workflows.
• Produce reports and track deadlines.

What We’re Looking For;

• Strong organisational and admin skills.
• Confident communicator with good customer service ability.
• Able to manage data and work with digital systems.
• Experience in Local Authority, SEND or Education teams is desirable.
