Position: Executive Assistant (Native Arabic Speaker | Full-Time Office-Based)

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

This is a full‑time in‑person position. Remote work, hybrid arrangements, freelance engagements, and work‑from‑home requests will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
  • Draft, review, translate, and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements
  • Liaise with high‑profile stakeholders, clients, partners, and government entities when required
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, communications, and correspondence
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
  • Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the executive office
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges
Qualifications
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken Arabic skills (mandatory)
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role
  • Previous experience supporting VVIPs, HNWIs, senior executives, family offices, or private offices is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with high‑profile stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business needs as required
