We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
This is a full‑time in‑person position. Remote work, hybrid arrangements, freelance engagements, and work‑from‑home requests will not be considered.
Responsibilities- Provide direct administrative and executive support to senior management
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Draft, review, translate, and manage correspondence in both Arabic and English
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and briefing materials
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and executive engagements
- Liaise with high‑profile stakeholders, clients, partners, and government entities when required
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming requests, communications, and correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the executive office
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative challenges
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken Arabic skills (mandatory)
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar executive support role
- Previous experience supporting VVIPs, HNWIs, senior executives, family offices, or private offices is highly preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact confidently with high‑profile stakeholders
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Excellent attention to detail and follow‑through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to support business needs as required
- Applications from non‑native Arabic speakers will not be considered. This role requires native‑level Arabic and professional‑level English proficiency.
