You will manage enquiries received by telephone, email and online systems, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and delivered with a high level of customer care.

Alongside handling enquiries, you will support the administration of accommodation applications and room allocations using UCL's accommodation management systems. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate records, processing requests and helping to ensure that accommodation services operate efficiently throughout the academic cycle. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to service improvements, student-facing communications and key university events, including Open Days and arrival periods.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining office-based working in Bloomsbury with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Above all, you will share our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting students throughout their accommodation journey.
