Aboutthe Team
The Financial Assessments and Benefits Team supports residents who receive care under the Care Act by ensuring that financial assessments are handled accurately, sensitively and efficiently. Working in this team means being part of a small, supportive service where colleagues work closely together, share knowledge and help each other manage a varied workload.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Financial Assessments and Benefits Team.
- Manage and maintain our systems and database containing client information.
- Liaise directly with residents and colleagues regarding financial assessments and care‑related queries.
- Assist in service delivery, including managing a team inbox and mail correspondence, arranging appointments for residents, signposting for information or further advice, and reporting on performance data to the Head of Client Affairs.
