Position OverviewAs Executive Assistant to the CEO Switzerland and members of the C‑Level Leadership Team, you will play a key role in enabling our leadership team to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, international, and people‑centric organization.
Responsibilities- Independently manage and coordinate all administrative and organizational matters for the CEO Switzerland and selected C‑Level executives.
- Organize, prepare, and follow up on executive and leadership meetings, including agenda management, documentation, and minutes.
- Track and follow-through on strategic priorities, decisions, and action items.
- Proactively coordinate calendars, travel planning, and complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Prepare high‑quality presentations, decision papers, reports, and executive communications.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication flows.
- Continuously improve processes, simplify coordination, and increase efficiency within executive operations.
- Commercial background with further education as an Executive Assistant or in a similar field.
- Several years of experience supporting senior executives or C‑Level stakeholders in an international environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with calmness and attention to detail.
- Independent thinker, forward‑looking, handling confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Strong service mindset and reliable support with positive energy.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and comfortable preparing professional presentations and executive documents.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
