Remote Administrator

Position: Remote Administrator | Immediate Start
Location: Nottinghamshire

Remote Administrator | Immediate Start | Up to £30k Pro Rata | Short-Term Contract | Excel & Data Entry Skills Required

Immediate requirement for a detail-oriented Administrator to support a large-scale employee records migration project.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator with strong Microsoft Office skills who enjoys accurate, process-driven work. Previous HR or Legal Administration experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.

The Role

Transfer employee records and documentation into a new HR system
Maintain accurate Excel trackers and data records
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information
Work remotely following a short onboarding and training session
Support a time-critical business project through to completion

The Person

Previous Administration, Office Support, Data Entry or Document Control experience
Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Available for an immediate start
