As a Contracts Clerk at CLBC, you will oversee contract preparation and processing in a supportive environment. You’ll be integral in facilitating effective service delivery, with the chance to work from home occasionally. Your proactive engagement in a diverse and inclusive team is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage contracts per agency policies
• Direct families and individuals to necessary services
• Maintain clear records and databases of contracts
• Support filing systems for client information
• Verify documentation accuracy for compliance
Requirements:
• Completion of grade twelve or equivalent education
• 3 years in administrative or clerical roles
• Strong skills in MS Word and Excel
• Prior experience with contracts is a plus
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM
