Type:  Permanent | Full-Time | 1 Vacancy

Salary:  $68,000 to $85,000

You Have:

Coordinated complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leaders

Supported the planning, organizing, and scheduling of board/committee meetings, including managing calendars, coordinating logistics for related events, and administering invoices and expense claims.

Prepared internal and external correspondence

Provided administrative support to legal counsel, including maintaining internal legal files by tracking legal matters and ensuring documents and correspondence were filed in compliance with legal requirements

Organized and executed events, workshops, or internal programs, including managing logistics and communication

Managed competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines were met

Identified inefficiencies in processes and implemented improvements to enhance workflow and team productivity

Maintained and updated internal documents, shared drives, or intranet pages to ensure information accuracy and accessibility

Processed invoices, and supported financial administration activities such as monitoring and tracking budgets
