Your role will focus on providing essential facility services and planning engaging events for the team.
This on-site position entails collaborating with Delta leadership to create a welcoming environment while managing supplies and services essential to operations. You will also lead the Social Committee, ensuring that all team members feel included and heard at various events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding for new staff members
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers
• Oversee purchase and management of office supplies
• Organize team events promoting the FYi culture
• Act as the main contact for maintenance and security
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years in coordination roles
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for fostering team collaboration and culture
