This remote position supports providers by ensuring efficient credentialing and managing schedules. You will monitor communications, handle data entry related to physician billing, and collaborate with the finance team. The role requires exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist providers with credentialing application processes
• Manage and optimize provider schedules effectively
• Monitor and respond to team mailbox inquiries
• Conduct accurate data entry for billing and invoicing
• Generate reports and maintain departmental databases
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with billing and credentialing processes preferred
