Position: Order Management Administrator - Hybrid Role
Join Atlas Copco as a Spare Parts Order Administrator in Voorheesville, United States, and leverage your administrative expertise in a hybrid work environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely quotations for spare parts of industrial compressors.

You will serve as a vital support to the Aftermarket sales team, drawing on at least three years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will involve managing customer inquiries, collaborating with vendors for RFQs, and accurately determining specifics like cost and lead time for quotes. Successful candidates will demonstrate technical aptitude and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer administrative support to the Aftermarket sales team

• Prepare general correspondence for stakeholders

• Collaborate with vendors and prepare RFQ documentation

• Quote spare parts accurately based on availability and cost

• Identify and manage preventative maintenance contracts

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role

• Expertise in Microsoft Office software

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
