Monthly Salary: Up to $3,200 + Bday leave + PB

Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6:30pm
Position Type: Permanent
Job Responsibilities- Manage immigration applications for clients relating to Singapore Citizenship and other applications.
- Coordinate with clients to gather required documents and ensure timely submission.
- Advise clients on accurate documentation based on Singapore inbound immigration regulations and policies.
- Understand clients’ backgrounds and draft cover letters to present their profiles effectively.
- Ensure high work accuracy in all applications submitted to government bodies.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and maintain high service standards.
- Attend to clients’ queries and complete formalities during and after post‑submission.
- Update and maintain tracking sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
- Minimum Diploma qualification in hospitality, mass communication, logistics or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Chinese and good written English skills.
- Prior customer service experience required.
- Preferably at least one year of experience in an administrative role.
- No prior immigration experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Good time‑management skills and ability to handle a high volume of digital documents.
- Ability to plan workload and meet deadlines.
