Join our Surrey, BC team as a dedicated Office Manager focused on efficiency and budget oversight. This full-time position requires strong administrative skills and a presence at the office.
We are looking for a capable Office Manager with at least 2 years of experience. In this permanent role, you'll implement new procedures, establish priorities, and manage payroll while ensuring deadlines are met. This is an on-site role with no option for remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement new administrative tasks and procedures
• Prioritize work responsibilities and monitor deadlines
• Assist in preparing and controlling the operating budget
• Administer payroll processes with accuracy
• Plan and manage budget expenditures efficiently
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate necessary
• 2-3 years of office management experience
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Office, and Word
• Must work at the physical location
• Valid authorization to work in Canada
