Bid Administrator (EMEA Bid Team)

Responsibilities- Manage the central bid inbox daily
- Review incoming opportunities, clarifications, and correspondence
- Access tender portals, download documentation, and monitor updates
- Ensure portal registrations, passwords, and access details are current and secure
- Distribute opportunities and queries to key stakeholders
- Maintain bid records and audit trails, and log opportunities on our Bid Diary
- Upload submissions
- Set up bid folders and support document management
- Provide administrative support to the wider Bid Team

About You- Experience in an administrative role (bid/procurement experience desirable)
- Familiarity with tender portals and document management systems
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
