Bid Administrator (EMEA Bid Team)

Help make sustainability happen. SLR is a global leader in sustainability solutions, working with clients to help make sustainability happen, within a collaborative, people‑first culture.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the central bid inbox daily
  • Review incoming opportunities, clarifications, and correspondence
  • Access tender portals, download documentation, and monitor updates
  • Ensure portal registrations, passwords, and access details are current and secure
  • Distribute opportunities and queries to key stakeholders
  • Maintain bid records and audit trails, and log opportunities on our Bid Diary
  • Upload submissions
  • Set up bid folders and support document management
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Bid Team

About You
  • Experience in an administrative role (bid/procurement experience desirable)
  • Familiarity with tender portals and document management systems
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident communicator with a proactive approach
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
