Virtual Assistant

We are looking for an organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team remotely. In this role you will handle administrative tasks, manage calendars and inboxes, schedule meetings, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will respond to emails, arrange appointments, prepare documents, coordinate travel, and assist with research and data tasks.

Requirements

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative support preferred. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and common scheduling tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.

Benefits
