Automata Intelligence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. This remote position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks for leadership. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointment scheduling
- Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence on behalf of management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Maintain confidential records with strict discretion
- Assist with both personal and professional administrative tasks
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support daily administrative workflows for smooth operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of:
- Calendar and scheduling tools
- Administrative and executive support functions

- Task tracking and workflow coordination
