Automata Intelligence is seeking a highly organized and dependable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management. This remote position is ideal for a proactive professional who excels at managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks for leadership. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior executives and gain exposure to high-level business operations in a flexible remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointment scheduling
  • Handle emails, calls, and professional correspondence on behalf of management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes as required
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Maintain confidential records with strict discretion
  • Assist with both personal and professional administrative tasks
  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and action items
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Support daily administrative workflows for smooth operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and productivity tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Calendar and scheduling tools
    • Administrative and executive support functions
    • Communication and correspondence management
    • Task tracking and workflow coordination
    • Confidential data handling practices
