We’re looking for a proactive
** Bid Administrator
** to join our growing Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Bid Team in a newly created role.
You’ll:
* Manage the central bid inbox daily
* Review incoming opportunities, clarifications, and correspondence
* Access tender portals, download documentation, and monitor updates
* Ensure portal registrations, passwords, and access details are current and secure
* Distribute opportunities and queries to key stakeholders
* Maintain bid records and audit trails, and log opportunities on our Bid Diary
* Upload submissions
* Set up bid folders and support document management
* Provide administrative support to the wider Bid Team

* Experience in an administrative role (bid/procurement experience desirable)
* Familiarity with tender portals and document management systems
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with a proactive approach
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
