Job Description Overview
AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Contract Administrator to be based in Riyadh, KSA. The role supports contract administration activities on the client site while ensuring accurate documentation, processing invoices, managing timesheets, and providing general administrative support to the project team.
Responsibilities- Support day‑to‑day contract administration activities on the client side.
- Review and validate timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Process invoices and track payment status in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assist in maintaining contract documentation, records, and tracking systems.
- Support contract management activities, including document control and compliance checks.
- Perform general administrative duties to support project operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely information sharing.
- 1–5 years of experience in administration, document management, or project controls.
- Prior experience in contract administration or similar support roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Degree is not essential; relevant experience and practical knowledge will be considered.
