Job Details
  • Job Type: Part‑time
  • Pay: 1,500.00 - 3,500.00 riyals per month
  • Location:

    Hybrid remote in Riyadh (الرياض)
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics providers.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor inventory reports and assist with order tracking.
  • Handle email correspondence and follow up on pending requests.
  • Schedule meetings and support management with administrative tasks.
  • Assist with document preparation for tenders and procurement processes.
  • Perform general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in trading, healthcare, medical supplies, or procurement is an advantage.
Working Hours

Part‑time: 20–30 hours per week (flexible schedule). Remote work option may be available based on experience and performance.
