You will provide administrative support across the Auction Pack and Conveyancing teams, ensuring processes run efficiently and documentation is handled accurately.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service level expectations.
- Prepare, process, and maintain documentation, post, and filing systems, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and quality control at all times.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally, supporting customers, partner agents, and internal teams while delivering excellent customer service.
- Effectively manage your workload to enable you to provide the required service levels and deliver key objectives.
- Share your experience and skill by providing informal training to new members of the team
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships
- A proactive team player who takes initiative and represents the company professionally in every interaction.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems and company software.
