** Executive Assistant
** to support our Programme Director and wider directorate. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations while enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities and organisational impact.
** We’ll need you to:
*** Coordinating complex diaries, meetings and travel arrangements across multiple stakeholders
* Preparing high‐quality documents, presentations and correspondence to support senior leaders
* Managing expenses, purchase orders and administrative processes efficiently and accurately
* Supporting events and collaborating with Executive Assistants across the organisation to ensure alignment
** What you’ll bring
** This is a high‐impact role where you’ll bring sound judgement, adaptability and a collaborative approach, alongside the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.

We’re particularly interested in:
* A solid foundation in administration (e.g. GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent), with relevant experience supporting senior leaders
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and changing demands effectively
* A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
* Confidence using business systems and tools, and collaborating across teams to deliver outcomes

** We anticipate a salary of £30,000.00 - £39,400.00 dependent on the skills, values, and knowledge you bring.
