Location: St. Catharines
Pursue a career as a Compliance Specialist with Pinchin, fully remote/hybrid, in Atlantic, Ontario, or Manitoba. Emphasize vendor onboarding and client document processing to ensure compliance.
This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to manage vendor and client onboarding requests, analyze submission data, and maintain comprehensive records in Vision and SharePoint. You will cooperate with cross-functional teams and ensure adherence to security regulations while providing timely support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate requests for vendor onboarding and maintain records
• Serve as point of contact for client documentation
• Prepare RFP and insurance certificates according to requirements
• Track compliance using online databases
• Assist in maintaining security clearances for employees
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of administrative experience
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to secure PWGSC Secret Security Clearance
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
