Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and document kickoff and recurring meetings

• Compile and summarize data for project status

• Manage project schedules from start to closeout

• Track and communicate critical operational information

• Organize server files and update material orders

Requirements:

• Must pass a security clearance

• Strong multitasking and team collaboration skills

• Effective communication with stakeholders and clients

• Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines

• Experience with project tracking and resource organization
