Key Responsibilities:
• Correct and format corrupted documents efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical issues with a variety of documents
• Revise documents according to mark-ups from professionals
• Convert various document types while ensuring formatting
• Create org charts using Jigsaw, Visio, or Power Point
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar document specialist role
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
