We're looking for an intermediate-level professional with around five years of relevant experience.
Your role will involve managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organized records. You'll also assist with financial documentation and human resources processes, ensuring that everything is orderly and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars and internal administrative tasks
• Support invoicing and bookkeeping documentation

• Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
• 5+ years in administrative coordination or similar
• Bilingual in French and English, written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with financial records and invoices
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
