Join Empire Life as a Regulatory Compliance Assistant in a hybrid setting. Manage essential compliance tasks and maintain regulatory standards while supporting the Compliance team.
In this role, you will report to the AML and Regulatory Compliance Director, assisting with various administrative functions like compliance filings and database management. Your collaboration with different business units will be vital for compliance certifications and timely support for legal tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the compliance management database and process updates
• Coordinate quarterly compliance attestation with various units
• Maintain the enterprise-wide policy acknowledgment program
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of regulatory filings
• Provide administrative support to Corporate Secretary and Legal teams
Requirements:
• 3+ years in administration services with regulatory focus
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
• Competence in word processing and database management
• Diploma in Business or Legal Administration is a plus
