Job Title Support and Training Administrator
Reports to: Support Services Manager
Location: The Learning Support Centre Ltd, Leicester
Contract Type: Full time, 9-5pm Monday-Friday, Office based Mon-Thurs, Friday home working
Rate of Pay: Starting salary £23,132 per annum, plus potential quarterly performance bonus
Job PurposeTo provide high-quality administrative and operational support across support coordination and training functions, reducing the administrative burden on Coordinators and ensuring an excellent experience for all stakeholders.
The role enables Coordinators to focus on student support, safeguarding, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of high-quality outcomes, while also supporting the development and delivery of training provision.
Qualifications & Training- GCSE Maths and English C or above
- IAG Level 2 and above or 2 years administrative experience
- Evidence of continual professional development
