About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our senior leadership team across Canada. This is a fully remote position for someone who lives in Winnipeg and has access to a reliable vehicle, as occasional local travel is required. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, enjoys helping others succeed, and thrives in a collaborative, ego-free environment.

Pay: $22/hour
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to senior leadershipManage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordinationPrepare client feedback, evaluation reports, and other administrative documentsUpdate and maintain website content using Word PressCoordinate shipments through Canada Post and PurolatorComplete weekly bank deposits and other local administrative errands (mileage reimbursed)Collaborate with team members to support company operations and ongoing projectsRequired Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skillsAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)Experience updating websites using Word PressComfortable learning and using AI tools (experience is not required, but openness to AI is essential)Must reside in Winnipeg, MBValid driver's license and reliable personal vehicleStrong customer service mindset with a genuine desire to support othersExcellent communication, time management, and attention to detailPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively without egoDedicated, private home office/workspace suitable for remote workNice-to-Have Qualifications
Experience with Quick Books or basic bookkeepingExperience preparing reports or handling client communications
