As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support, helping to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when required.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and incoming enquiries.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records.
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes where required.
- Support business projects and administrative activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional and proactive approach.
- Previous administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is beneficial.
- No previous PA experience required – full training provided.
