About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their growing remote team.

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and organisational support, helping to manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries when required.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and incoming enquiries.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and confidential records.
  • Coordinate meetings and take meeting notes where required.
  • Support business projects and administrative activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Previous administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office experience is beneficial.
  • No previous PA experience required – full training provided.
