Elevate your career as a Mortgage Advisor Assistant with CIBC, providing remote support for client interactions and business development.
Your role will focus on preparing documents and facilitating mortgage applications.
As a Mortgage Advisor Assistant, you'll empower the Mortgage Advisor to grow their business. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, offering administrative support, and handling important scheduling and data entry tasks. Your fluency in French and English will maximize client engagement and streamline interactions outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in document preparation for mortgage applications
• Respond to client inquiries with excellent service
• Provide scheduling and data entry for the Mortgage Advisor
• Support marketing efforts to attract new clients
• Maintain organized file management for client records
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with residential mortgages preferred
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong client engagement and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work remotely with occasional on-site needs
