Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern:
Monday–Friday
Hybrid Working:
Up to 2 days working from home, subject to business needs
Working hours are between 8.30am – 5pm (to support the office rota).
Qualifications- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- The ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A customer-focused mindset with a professional manner
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- A commitment to continuous improvement and finding more efficient ways of working
- The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Executive Directors
- Manage complex diaries, appointments and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, papers and follow-up actions
- Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Prepare, draft and manage confidential correspondence, reports and documentation
- Arrange travel and accommodation in accordance with Trust policies
- Maintain accurate records, databases and administrative systems
- Support the management of ESR processes and meeting room bookings
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure information is handled securely and confidentially
- Support projects and initiatives across the Trust Administration function
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and administrative efficiency
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality and responsive support service to Executive Directors
