Hybrid (office and remote working) Are you an organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a talent for coordinating multiple tasks at once? We are currently seeking a Property Helpdesk Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio within a busy and professional environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships with contractors and stakeholders, and ensuring maintenance requests are efficiently managed from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the central contact for property-related enquiries and maintenance requests. Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works across multiple sites. Arrange contractor visits, obtain quotations and monitor service delivery. Update internal systems with accurate records of all repairs, works orders and property issues. Track outstanding jobs and ensure issues are resolved within agreed timescales. Process and validate invoices before submission for payment.
Produce reports and maintain records relating to property services and compliance activities. Support the administration of supplier and service contracts. Assist in monitoring health, safety and statutory compliance requirements across the property portfolio. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a helpdesk, facilities, property, maintenance coordination or administration role. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders. A proactive approach to resolving issues and delivering a high level of service. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. What's on Offer Ongoing temporary opportunity.
