Location:
Central London (W1) Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (1 day working from home) Job Type: Permanent, Full Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Facilities Management Supervisor to oversee the coordination and delivery of facilities services across a portfolio of 57 retail stores. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to manage contractors, schedules, and ongoing maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for facilities-related queries from 57 store locations. Coordinate and schedule reactive and planned maintenance works across all branches. Liaise with contractors to arrange works, obtain quotations, and negotiate costings. Monitor the progress of maintenance activities, ensuring works are completed on time and to the required standard. Prioritise and manage multiple requests efficiently within agreed service levels.
Maintain accurate records of jobs, quotations, contractor activity, and completed works. Deliver excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Support the management of facilities budgets by reviewing quotations and ensuring value for money. Assist with contractor performance management and compliance requirements. Resolve facilities issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary. Skills & Experience Previous experience within Facilities Management, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role.
Experience using CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) systems is highly desirable. Strong experience scheduling maintenance or facilities works across multiple sites. Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills. Confident managing contractors, quotations, and supplier relationships. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
