Reed Business Support are thrilled to be supporting a globally recognised organisation based in Cardiff in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive and operational support. You will act as a trusted partner, you will manage a busy schedule, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day executive activities. This role requires excellent organisation, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels What you'll be doing:
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Manage complex diary scheduling, appointments, deadlines, and correspondence. Coordinate national and international travel arrangements. Organise meetings, prepare agendas and supporting documentation, and take minutes where required. Process expenses and maintain accurate records. Draft, edit, and distribute professional communications and reports. Maintain confidential files and documentation. Support the flow of information across senior leadership teams.

Coordinate small events and leadership meetings. Follow up on actions arising from meetings and ensure timely completion What you'll need:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role. Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Strong organisational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident using Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint and Outlook. Able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Experience with in a large, international, or complex organisation would be advantageous.
