Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our busy CMHT Older Adults Team. You will be part of a team of administrators providing admin cover to our service users, clinicians and other health professionals.

Main duties of the jobThe successful post holder will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, ensuring all personal information is recorded accurately and confidentially and other data quality/target procedures.
Answer incoming calls to the service, arrange appointments, and complete general correspondence letters/reports.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the clinical team, be responsible for taking minutes on a rota basis for team meetings/MDT/safeguarding and professionals meetings, answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis as well as complete other administrative tasks such as scanning/copying.

- Pay Enhancements – 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years
- Good level of education Maths and English including a level 3 qualification (eg NVQ, B-TEC QCF, Apprenticeship) or equivalent
- RSA 2 qualification/experience using DICT8 or other audio typing systems
- Other relevant IT qualifications
- Have experience in working in a busy office that ensures confidentiality
- Experience of working in Healthcare setting
- Effective time management skills; the ability to navigate IT systems, inc Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to be numerate and provide statistical data accurately; the ability to prioritise and plan conflicting and complex work demands; outstanding communication skills.
- Patient administration background, knowledge of the EPR system; be helpful & approachable.
