Position: Campaign Administrator - UWCC Hybrid Role
Take on the role of Campaign Administrator at United Way Centraide Canada, supporting the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign from the Ottawa office. This hybrid position emphasizes administrative capabilities and stakeholder communication.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with the National Director, assisting in managing and reporting on campaign activities. Your tasks will include organizing important meetings, overseeing national results reporting, and creating relevant documentation that contributes to successful fundraising initiatives. Bilingual communication skills are necessary for engagement with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the National Director with key stakeholder relationships

• Plan and execute efficient meeting logistics

• Manage national results reporting accurately

• Provide administrative support to the campaign team

• Create reports and documents throughout the campaign

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in administration

• 5 years of related administrative experience

• Excellent bilingual communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite required

• Familiarity with fundraising campaigns is beneficial
