Position: Remote Executive Assistant for Dual-Org Admin & Bookkeeping
Location: West Yorkshire

Tip Top Job  is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant/Administrator to support two growing organisations. This fully remote role involves flexible 20-hour weeks with travel to Leeds and Hull when required, and may include additional hours as the workload grows.

You'll provide high-level administrative support, manage diaries, prepare documents, liaise with clients, assist with basic bookkeeping using Xero or Quick Books, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across both organisations.
