Our partner seeks an Assistant to strengthen mortgage transaction management and communication with clients. You'll collaborate closely with mortgage professionals, honing skills in administration and client support while ensuring a smooth application process.
Your role encompasses organizing priorities and enhancing productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with mortgage sales objectives through administrative support
• Oversee client communications for timely responses
• Validate documentation and manage application processes
• Collect digital signatures and organize client files
• Develop presentations for client engagement and business growth
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in sales support or customer service
• Strong customer service focus for client relationship building
• Proficient verbal/written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities
• Familiarity with mortgage operations is beneficial
Contribute to seamless mortgage solutions through administration, communication, and proactive client service.
