Position: Group Retirement Administrator Hybrid Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance in processing client transactions

• Interact effectively with clients and internal partners

• Maintain productivity and accuracy in transactions

• Meet deadlines and compliance requirements consistently

• Compile and review reports and tax slips

Requirements:

• College diploma in financial services or administration

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Customer service focus with strong communication

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
