This fully remote position plays an important role in maintaining accurate, organized, and accessible information systems that help teams make informed business decisions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, reviewing, and managing large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper data handling procedures. This opportunity is ideal for an organized professional with strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of information within databases and computer systems.
- Review data entries for accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and correct errors when necessary.
- Organize and categorize information to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval.
- Generate reports and provide requested data extracts to support business operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow established data protection standards.
- Perform regular data backups and support data integrity processes.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative position.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
