Key Responsibilities:

• Own executive inbox and calendar for timely prioritization

• Support operational tasks and administrative workflows

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects through completion

• Conduct market and competitor research for strategic insights

• Build and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports

Requirements:

• 4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong skills in managing confidential information
