A high-profile fashion business is seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of the company owners. This is a highly personal, lifestyle-focused role, requiring an experienced PA with a proven track record of managing the day-to-day personal affairs of a senior executive or high-net-worth individual.
This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished PA who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is confident working in close partnership with senior leaders. You'll be the trusted right hand behind the scenes anticipating needs before they arise, ensuring every detail is taken care of, and handling the complex, confidential and unexpected with professionalism and discretion.
Offered on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office, 2 from home), this role combines the flexibility of remote working with meaningful, hands‑on involvement at the heart of the business.
Main Responsibilities Diary & Travel Management- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, balancing personal and business commitments with ease.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end coordination of meetings and engagements, including agendas, briefing packs, logistics and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure all appointments and events are executed to the highest standard.
- Provide comprehensive lifestyle management with absolute discretion, including appointments, reservations, household coordination and ad‑hoc personal requests.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring every aspect of the principal's personal life runs smoothly.
- Take ownership of a variety of personal and business projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify solutions, anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward.
- Extensive experience as a senior-level Personal Assistant supporting high-profile executives, founders or high-net-worth individuals.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs rather than react to them.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience within fashion, luxury, media or another creative industry would be highly advantageous.
If you're an experienced PA who takes pride in delivering exceptional support with absolute discretion, and you're looking for a varied role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
