We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Data Entry Clerk position in our Data Management Department.
This is a full‑time position, 5 days per week, 7 hours per day, hybrid role.
Position SummaryReporting to the Manager, Data Management, the Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering the data into the Parklane System.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry into the Parklane System
- Redacting and linking documents that need to be kept
- Scanning and bookmarking documents
- Run basic reports to audit the data entered
- Adhere to high standards of data privacy, confidentiality and data quality
- Respond to questions from internal staff on data entered into Parklane System
- Purging and re‑organising documents as necessary
- 1-3 years data entry or administrative experience
- Minimum College Diploma
- Ability to follow and apply company standards for data entry
- Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality standards
- Excellent typing technique
- Ability to learn quickly and acquire new skills, as needed
- Efficiently manage and prioritize a variety of tasks and time
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Parklane Systems Software would be an asset
- Highly Motivated, energetic, organized, reliable, and self‑starter.
- Ability to embrace change with positivity and enthusiasm.

The salary range for this position is $47,471-$55,858.
