As a critical team member at Zirtual, you will proactively assist clients by handling their day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients are essential for success. You will receive support from an Account Supervisor while maintaining effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage complex calendars and appointments

• Draft, prioritize, and respond to client communications

• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports

• Research and book travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries

• Support daily operations and identify process improvements

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years experience as an Executive Assistant

• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Reliable internet and availability during business hours
