Position: NAIT Administrative Team Lead Role
Lead the Administrative team at NAIT’s School of Health and Life Sciences. This role focuses on providing operational excellence while fostering professional development among staff.

In this pivotal position, reporting to the Academic Strategy & Operations Manager, you will manage the administrative team’s performance and ensure effective service delivery. Your talent in mentoring and organizational structuring will play a critical role in meeting the school's administrative quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead administrative support staff

• Ensure alignment between program needs and administrative efforts

• Organize daily administrative functions within the school

• Participate in budget planning and monitoring processes

• Implement consistent training for staff development

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Experience in administrative or supervisory roles

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• Competence in MS Office; knowledge of People Soft preferred

• Flexibility for hybrid or remote work options
